Step by step – deep dive
How do we work and what do we deliver
Step 1 – Workshop
About 2-hour meeting to explore cooling needs, requirements and prerequisites. The aim of the workshop is to define the scope of the project.
We go through:
- Existing solutions if any,
- Component selections,
- The installation environment and load,
- Input data (for virtual modeling and optimization)
Joining from your side are e.g., project manager, facility manager, operational engineers.
Outcome:
- Agreement on project scope and requirements
- Starting data collection

Steps 2 & 3 – Modeling and simulation
Actemium Energy AI create virtual models of both flow space and components. These will be used for validation and optimization of the cooling system.
Validation in a virtual environment ensures the system has the required capacity and will work as intended in operation, before committing to a solution.
Simulation software resolves the real physics, exploring optimal solutions. Results are collected and analyzed in optimization code, balancing multiple performance metrics specific to each installation.
Simulations are run at Actemium premises on High Performance Computing resources.


Step 4 – Delivery
We have a ~2h session together to walk through the best solution found in optimization. A deep dive through the design, what makes it work, and savings compared to a reference.
We deliver:
- A complete report summarizing
- Performance results
- Layout suggestions
- Component suggestions
- Operational suggestions
- Final design specifications in an agreed format
Step 5 – Installation & external offer
Hardware installation and maintenance is not part of our delivery but is available through the Actemium network .
We are happy to direct you to the nearest Actemium branch or to be in assistance with your preferred local partner.
We support in discussions with your chosen installation team, to make sure the optimal design becomes a reality!
